Ansouis, Vaucluse’s village

A perched village in the heart of Southern Luberon, sprawled at the foot of its medieval castle, which, over the centuries, has been transformed into a pleasant residence. Vast gardens and terraces give the whole of the site immense charm. You can visit the château (the home of the Sabran family), the church of Saint-Martin (a building fortified in the 12th century), the Tower clock, the lookout tower, and, of course, Ansouis’ extraordinary museum (sculptures, paintings, stained glass, ceramics...)
