Cadenet, Vaucluse’s village

A village located on the right bank of the River Durance, it is the access point to Southern Luberon. From its feudal castle (a listed site), you can enjoy panoramic views over the Durance, the Luberon, the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Alpilles range of mountains. The troglodyte dwellings dug into the bar of yellow rock dominate the village. Not to be missed: the site of the castle, the church of St Etienne, the chapel of Notre Dame des Anges, the Museum of wicker basketry.
